In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice zest, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Bake ham in preheated oven uncovered for 2 hours. Remove ham from oven, and brush with glaze. Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes, brushing ham with glaze every 10 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations to have some different. In a saucepan, heat ½ cup milk, water, and 2 tablespoons butter until very warm. Place milk mixture, salt, flour, yeast, sugar, and eggs in the pan of the bread machine and punch down. On a floured surface, roll into a large rectangle. Smear with the softened butter. Combine the cinnamon and 1/3 cup sugar. Sprinkle over the rectangle. Generously sprinkle the raise and /or chopped the nuts over. Roll the dough up into a log starting at the long side, cut into 12 slices, Place the rolls cut side down into a 9*13 inch greased baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled about 30 minutes. Combine the confectioners ‘sugar, 1.5 tablespoons melted butter, vanilla extract, and 1.5 tablespoons milk into a thick frosting aside. Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool 10 minutes.

Lemon Blueberry Bread: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations to give different taste if bread. Preheated oven to 350 degrees F.  Lightly grease an 8*4  inch loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, 1 cup sugar, juice, and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in lemon zest, nuts, and blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60, to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted into a center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine lemon juice  ¼ cup sugar in a small bowl.

Hot Cross Buns: Put warm water, butter, skim milk powder, ¼ cup sugar, salt, egg, egg white, flour, and yeast in the bread maker and start on dough program. When 5 minutes of kneading are left, add currants and Cinnamon. Leave in machine till double. Punch down on a floured surface, cover, and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 12 balls and place in a greased 9*12 inch pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double, about 35-40   minutes. Mix egg yolk and 2 tablespoons water. Brush on balls. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and cool on wire rack. To make crosses: mix together confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and milk, Brush on each cooled bun.

Sticky Cinnamon Rolls: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations is the quick and easy idea to cook. In a small bowl, combine 2/3 cup sugar, shortening, salt and 1 cup boiling water; set aside. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in ½ cup warm water. Add eggs and the water/sugar mixture; beat well. Beat in 2 cups flour. Stir in the remaining flour,1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix until a stiff dough has formed. Cover with a damp towel and let rise until doubled about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease three 8*8 inch baking pans. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Roll dough into small balls. Dip balls in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar. Roll balls into 4 inch long cylinders and tie into knots. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden.

Banana Blueberry Quick Bread: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations is to make new and delicious recipe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9*5 inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, dredge blueberries in 2 tablespoons flour. Gently stir blueberries together with oats, nuts, 11/2 cups flour, soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream shortening. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed a banana. Add blueberry mixture to cream mixture. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the loaf. Cool in a pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool completely on a wire rack.

Asparagus Quiche: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations is the quick and easy idea to cook.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place asparagus in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm about 2 to 6 minutes. Drain and cool. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Brush pie shells with beaten egg white. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and chopped asparagus into pie shells. In a bowl, beat together eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over bacon and asparagus. Pour egg mixture on top of the cheese. Bake uncovered in preheated oven until firm, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.

 Citrus Cranberry Zucchini Bread: This is an idea from Easter Sunday Celebrations is to give a different combination of bread. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 8*4 inch loaf pans. Broil on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
